At Labh Ibiza, each garment is handmade and custom-made, carefully designed for each client.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we apply the following return conditions: In compliance with consumer rights regulations in Spain, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. However, as these are custom-made and personalized garments, this right may be limited, as established by current legislation.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNSReturns will only be accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed.
If the customer wishes to make a return, they must assume the shipping costs for returning the product to our workshop. Once the product arrives at our facilities and its condition is verified, the amount paid will be refunded, discounting any damage or inappropriate use that may be noted.
RETURN CONDITIONSThe customer must contact our customer service team through labhibiza@gmail.com. to start the return process.
Our team will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back to the workshop.
It is recommended to send the product via a courier service with tracking to ensure its arrival. Ibiza Labh is not responsible for loss or damage during return transportation. PROCEDURE FOR RETURNSOnce the product is received at our facilities and its condition is confirmed, the refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.
NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTSSince our garments are custom-made and personalized, returns are generally not accepted for changes of mind or incorrect size selection.
